Sales Representative/Manager
Location: Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess-NY

Position Summary: This position is responsible for the sale of the organization's professional security services in a specified region or major geographical area.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Develops relationships with prospective customers and ensuring Bulldog Security Associates are invited to participate in the bid process when the opportunity arises. Meet all sales quotas. Review Request for Proposal (RFP) and other bidding documents. Assist the marketing department in creating a competitive proposal. Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events. Represents the company at trade association meetings to promote product. Meets with key clients in order to maintain relationships, negotiate and close deals. Prepares monthly sales report showing all activity including sales, potential sales and all proposals. Compares pricing strategy against industry trends to determine if rates are competitive and in line with market standards.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities: Ability to pass drug test, background check, and pre-employment tests if applicable. Sales experience, strong business and financial acumen. Computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills. 3-5 years relevant experience preferred.

Security Guard
Location: Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess-NY

Qualifications: Ability to pass a drug screening and get licensed which includes; NYS 8hr & 16hr certifications. No criminal history record. U.S. citizen or legal resident.

Job Description: Protect and secure industrial, commercial and residential property against fire, theft, vandalism and illegal entry. The duties depend on the employer's needs, these duties may include the operating and monitoring of alarm and closed-circuit television systems, receiving visitors and the supplying of information. Emergency action may be necessary in certain circumstances, crowd control at large gatherings, the detection of shoplifters and providing security for the pick-up and delivery of valuables. The main responsibilities of the guard are to observe and report.
